About Kevin Kerr
Kevin has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching full-time since earning his 200-hour RYT certification with Yoga Alliance in 2018. His curiosity and dedication to mindful movement have led him to explore a wide range of practices that cultivate both strength and ease in the body. In 2022, he completed a 450-hour Classical Pilates certification through FFC (Fitness Formula Clubs) and became certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) mobility training. Alongside these credentials, Kevin has deepened his teaching through continuing education in meditation, breathwork, and specialty workshops such as arm balances. He brings this diverse knowledge into each class, offering students a thoughtful blend of yoga, mobility, and mind-body practices. Kevin's classes are designed to meet students exactly where they are—whether stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining an established practice. His teaching emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, the wisdom of bodily sensation, and the potential for mindful movement to create peace of mind.
