About Elah Unger-Levinson

When Elah began lifting weights in 2019, she fell in love with a new world of innovative fitness opportunities. In 2022, she got certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Science and Medicine, building a base of clients who want to feel stronger in their daily lives. Just two years later, she completed her 200-hour YTT at Yogaview. As an avid yoga practitioner since before she can remember (attending mommy and me classes at the age of 3!), and a strength training enthusiast, she believes that we can all benefit from the mobility, flexibility, and strength that both of these forms of fitness have to offer. She is also a certified nutrition coach, and believes in holistic wellness through nourishing the body with both movement and nutritious foods. Her classes and personal training sessions are designed and led with mindfulness principles and fun. Whether flowing through Sun A or performing squats, she places a large emphasis on safe and effective movement. Join her on Tuesday mornings if you crave the unique challenge of strength and resistance training, and on Monday evenings for the mindfulness, flow, and resilience in a heated yoga practice.
