This class focuses on developing a personal practice. Practice Ashtanga or another form of yoga with individual assistance by the instructor. Arrive anytime between 6:30-8:00 a.m., Tuesday-Friday. [close]
Yantra Yoga combines ancient movements and postures, breathing techniques, mudras and meditation to rejuvenate and circulate the body’s energy. This energizing practice is rooted in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and has been practiced by Tibetan yogis for centuries. Gentle Yoga is suited for those desiring or in need of a slower and more gentle approach to the yoga practice. It is appropriate for all levels of capabilty and experience. [close]

This class focuses on developing a personal practice using the tradional method of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. Students practice independently, at their own pace guided by the teacher. All levels are welcome. Arrive anytime after 7:00am and finish by 9:00am. [close]

All levels are welcome in this class designed especially for musicians and their specific areas of concern. We will work on opening the shoulder area, lengthening the spine and strengthening the back and core muscles, with our focus on alignment and breath, in a playful and relaxed atmosphere. > [close]
