Gentle Yoga is suited for those desiring or in need of a slower and more gentle approach to the yoga practice. It is appropriate for all levels of
capabilty and experience. [close]
This class focuses on developing a personal practice
using the tradional method of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.
Students practice independently, at their own pace
guided by the teacher. All levels are welcome. Arrive

All levels are welcome in this class designed especially for musicians
and their specific areas of concern. We will work on opening the
shoulder area, lengthening the spine and strengthening the back and
core muscles, with our focus on alignment and breath, in a playful and
relaxed atmosphere.
