Nicole Thompson
Nicole knew yoga was going to be physically challenging when she took her first class, but she never thought that one Sun Salutation could wind her quite so much. As she continued to practice in Santa Barbara, CA, she realized that the yoga community started to represent her extended family and it became an invaluable aspect of her life. Nicole moved to Chicago in 2003 and took one class at Yogaview before she knew she was hooked. Since then, she has completed the Yogaview teacher training in 2008 and started working in various venues to bring the asana practice to individuals that sought a better sense of body awareness. She is so grateful to have had the opportunity to study under Claire Mark, Quinn Kearney, Tom Quinn and Geri Bleier. The goal in each of her classes is to create an environment in which everyone can find something new about themselves through physical movement and clarity of mind. |  |
