Molly Boeder
Molly was initially encouraged to explore yoga as a tool for physical healing by one of her sisters, and has since found that yoga also creates internal space for profound emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. Her teaching draws upon her enthusiasm for practicing diverse traditions of yoga, including vinyasa and bikram, among others. She is grateful to continue deepening her study, experience, and teaching of yoga within yogaview's supportive community of students and teachers.
