Dorie Silverman
Enthusiastic and deeply committed, Dorie Silverman's intention in teaching is to empower and inspire others to connect with and express their greatest potential both on the yoga mat and in their daily lives. Her inspiration comes from her varied interests including Rajanica Tantra philosophy on which Anusara yoga is based, growing orchids, knitting, psychology, her many feline and canine friends, yoga therapeutics, arts and crafts and mostly her never ending thirst to find meaning in everyday life. Dorie is a devoted student of John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga, since 2001. |  |
