Moving away from her 20+ year career as a professional dancer and modern dance teacher, Jenny decided to explore more fully the practice and teaching of yoga.  In 2003 she completed her 200 hr. yoga teacher training program at The Chicago Yoga Center under the direction of Suddha Weixler.  She has also completed a teacher training program under the brilliant, Judith Lasater, and is a certified Rest & Renew teacher.  This year she begins her 500 hr. training with North Shore Yoga.  You can practice with Jenny online at, www.yogaspot.com, not to replace going to a studio or working with an instructor, but to offer a way to practice even more yoga when it is convenient for you. 

She brings her enthusiasm and curiosity for this practice to her teaching, as well as attention to the individual alignment of our unique bodies, connection to the breath, and the shear enjoyment of our bodies moving in space.
